Robot vacuums and mops are generally suitable for everyone. We offer the right devices for every budget and every situation. We have devices that allow you to do nothing, as they can navigate independently through your home and avoid loose objects. Take a look around or ask our customer service team; we're happy to help.

We place great importance on sustainability and long-lasting devices. That's why you can replace most parts yourself. You can replace the rubber blades, side brushes, filters, and guide wheels without much equipment.

In more difficult cases, the device can of course be sent in or brought to us.

Before sending in your device or replacement part, please check whether you can resolve the issue using our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) at the top of this page.

Open a repair ticket and send the robot to the service center

Create a ⇒ repair ticket number. You will then receive a confirmation email informing you whether you need to send in your device or if we can send you a replacement part.

If you need to send in your device, we'll send you a return form. Print it out and include it with your shipment to the iRobot Service Center.

Please use the original packaging or equivalent for the return shipment. Please note that any devices damaged during shipping or due to inadequate packaging will no longer be covered by the warranty.

Please only send accessories relevant to the repair. Nonessential accessories (such as virtual walls, replacement filters, or similar) do not need to be included.

Please send us your device in a clean condition. We will charge a cleaning fee for devices that arrive dirty. The iRobot Service Center is located at 4803 Vordemwald.

If your device is still under warranty, it will usually leave our service center within 48 hours, be repaired, and then returned to you by mail.

If your device is already outside the warranty period, we will provide you with a repair estimate. You will be asked to accept the estimate for a paid repair and pay it in advance. Payment options include bank transfer or PayPal. Once payment is received, your device will be repaired and returned to you. 

If you do not agree to the repair costs, the device will be scrapped or returned to you unrepaired (depending on your preference). Please note that if you reject our cost estimate, we will charge a processing and service fee of CHF 25.00 will be charged. (Dispose of device/or return unrepaired)

Shipping

Please note that iRobotics AG does not cover any costs for sending the device; these are at your expense.

However, the costs for returning your product will be borne by iRobotics AG.

Service package

Want to get your iRobot Roomba back in shape? Then book our Roomba service package.

We attach great importance to the long lifespan of our devices and would therefore like to offer the opportunity to refresh them from time to time.

The service package for CHF 77.00 includes the professional cleaning and preparation of your device. In case of any problems, you will receive a cost estimate with 20% discount on the additional services.

How it works

  1. Click on the link below. This will take you to our repair platform. Proceed as usual, as you would for any repair, but select "Special Service Package."
  2. Once you have submitted your request, you can send in your device*.
  3. We will then clean and inspect your Roomba and replace any worn parts.
  4. After the service, you will receive a notification with the payment terms and a possible cost estimate for acceptance or rejection.
