I recently sent my Braava Jet m6 due to a wheel problem to the iRobot Service Center. In the next day, my device has been received by the iRobot Service Center and I have been informed that the... problem has been checked and my device will be replaced with a new device. The new device was delivered to my homr in the second day after posting my Braava Jet m6. This is the second time I needed support from iRobot and I have been really impressed by how quickly and professionally iRobot fixes the problems at its products. Our iRobot stopped working after 1.5 years. After filling out the forms online I brought it by at the location at Vordemwald. The service was absolutely perfect. Mr Kuhn was very friendly and... helpful, he looked at it right away and had to keep it for fixing. We got the confirmation email within minutes and the next day it was fixed and shipped back to us a day later. Best experience!read more
